An Island first is to be held at the Family Library in Douglas later this month to mark World Mental Health Day.
A mental health support get-together is being staged to highlight what support is available locally for those tackling or facing mental health issues and to encourage people to get together and talk.
The charity has teamed up with the United Nations Association of the Isle of Man for the event, inviting charity representatives and members of the public to attend.
It will be held at the Library on Westmoreland Road on Thursday, October 10 from 3pm – 4.30pm.
Suicide prevention is the theme of World Mental Health Day 2019.
