Four suffer minor injuries in crash

Fire crews in the West of the Island responded to a single road traffic collision near the Rushen Mines.

On Wednesday night at around 9pm police and paramedics were called to help four people and treated for minor injuries.

They were transported to Nobles Hospital for treatment for further checks.

One person had to be freed from the car by fire crews, who removed the roof with hydraulic cutting gear.

Crews were in attendance for roughly two hours.
