Snapchat safety warning from police

Police are warning Snapchat users of a message circulating online asking young people to send pictures.

Officers have posted a screenshot of the message on the IOM Constabulary Media Page, which asks people to share their Story and send pictures to the sender.

IOM Police are urging young people not to reply, block and report the page, as images can be used in any way for any purpose and leave people vulnerable to blackmail or threats.
