A birthday party has been thrown for a 100-year-old Manx war veteran by the Isle of Man Police.

 

Hector Duff celebrated his birthday earlier this week, with numerous other parties held in his honour.

 

The Isle of Man Constabulary held their event at the Legislative Buildings in Douglas, with members of Government such as the Chief Minister, as well as Police Benevolent Fund Members, the Military Service Command Team and National Association of Retired Police Officers.
