The trial of a man accused of indecently assaulting boys whilst working at a former children’s home will take place this summer.
83-year-old Joseph Marshall has denied historical sexual assault claims against him, reported to have happened at was once the Knottfield children’s home.
The alleged sexual offences are reported to have occurred in the 70s and 80s to numerous different boys.
Mr Marshall was due to appear in court in January, but the trail has been put back to 7th July at Douglas Courthouse, with a final pre-trial hearing on 19th May.
