96-year-old woman dies following house fire

Emergency services are investigating the death of a 96-year-old woman who died after a fire at an address in Douglas this morning.

At approximately 2:30am the fire was reported at a property on Fuchsia Lane, Douglas.

Police, fire and ambulance crews were in attendance at the early stages of the incident.

No more information has been given at this time.
