Ben-my-Chree departs Douglas after medical emergency en-route

The Ben-my-Chree has left Douglas again after a medical emergency on the scheduled 8:45am journey to Heysham this morning.

The Steam Packet has announced the vessel has departed Douglas Harbour at 9:57am, after orginally returning to port around 9:30am.

It's expected to arrive at Heysham Port for 1:42pm - as a result the 2:15pm sailing from Heysham to Douglas will have a slightly delayed departure.
