A traditional play will return this weekend after several years to the Manx streets.
This Saturday 14th December
the Whiteboys play will be performed in the South, Douglas and Peel.
Spectators can expect acting, dance, song and sword fights.
They're performing to raise money for Mooinjer Veggey, the Manx language charity.
The Whiteboys will be performing in Port St Mary at 10am opposite the Coop; Port Erin railway station at 10.30am; Colby at 11am by the Methodist chapel and Castletown square at 11.30am.
The troupe will be heading to Douglas by the Strand Shopping centre at 1pm and at Regent Street at 1.30pm, before finishing off in Peel at 2.30pm pm in Michael Street.
There will be a second Whiteboys group performing the following Saturday.
Whiteboys organiser and actor Phil Gawne said: 'The Whiteboys is great fun to take part in and indeed to watch. The acting, if you can call it that, is to say the least exaggerated, the lines are very funny, the sword fights are filled with ‘daring do’ and finished of with a song and an intricate sword dance.'
