A mental health charity has thanked bank staff for their support over the last year.

 

Manx Cancer Help Psychological Services held a presentation to Lloyds Bank, who helped to raise over £15,000, helping to fund their Isle Listen campaign which launched earlier this year.

 

The Isle Listen team works within schools, highlighting to young people that taking care of mental health is just as important as physical health through a series of assemblies and PSHE lessons.

 

They also provide listeners in two secondary schools and plan to expand services across the Island, subject to funding.

 

Lloyds colleagues were thanked for holding in house events, taking part in the Parish Walk, bag packs, the Tour de Branch cycling challenge and a Flag Day in Douglas Town Centre.

 

Lloyds Bank has chosen to build on its excellent relationship with the charity for at least another year.
