Heinz and Tesco are recalling a baby food product after sharp bits of metal were found in a jar. 

 

Anyone who bought Heinz By Nature at the supermarket should return it for a refund. 

 

The Food Standards Agency says a single jar of the baby food had been "tampered with" - but no-one was injured.
