Changes are being made to the Isle of Man Post Office counter at its headquarters in Braddan.
From 6th January, the counter will now be open Monday to Friday 8am – 7pm and Saturday 9am – 12:30pm.
IOMPO has undertaken a review of its opening hours and when customers choose to use the counter.
The company said that the new opening hours are reflective of this allowing the counter to be staffed appropriately, particularly at busy times, such as lunch times.
No changes will be made to the services provided at this counter, which include all postal services, Redirection and KeepSafe applications, MiCard and bill payments as well as Foreign Currency.
There is also a self-serve kiosk available at the counter, should people wish to use during busy periods.
IOMPO are reminding customers they can use our newly enhanced redelivery service which allows customers to log on to IOMPO’s website and choose a convenient location from a selection of Island-wide sites.
