McCanney completes first day at Dakar Rally

A Manx Enduro rider has completed the first day of the Dakar Rally in Saudi Arabia.

Jamie McCanney rode out of Jeddah yesterday (5th January) along with his Yamaha teammates on their new bikes, which have not encountered problems so far.

The Dakar Rally will take place until 17th January, finishing in Quiddyah.
