A newly established group in the South of the Island are launching Mental Health First Aid Workshops.

 

The Southern Community Partnership courses will teach people to spot the symptoms of mental health issues, offer initial help and guide a person towards support, teaching people to listen, reassure and respond.  

 

The sessions are being held in Ballasalla, Castletown, Port Erin and Port St Mary in January, February, March and April 2020.
