The regional airline Flybe is trying to secure a rescue deal that would prevent its collapse.

 

The company has been locked in survival talks less than a year after being bailed out by a Virgin Atlantic-led consortium.

 

Flybe, which handles over half of Britain's domestic flights, has been trying to secure additional funding amid mounting losses.
