The driver of a bin lorry which overturned in Douglas yesterday has been flown to a hospital in the UK for further treatment.
Emergency services were called to Governors Bridge yesterday afternoon.
Isle of Man Constabulary has today said the driver has been flown to Walton Neurological Hospital for treatment.
The man's partner said he suffered "a bleed on his brain which caused him to have a seizure and black out".
The force have asked the public to refrain from speculating about the incident.
