Senior teachers haved joined school leaders' industrial action short of strike on the Island.
Members of NAHT Edge will be taking industrial action short of strike alongside their senior leader colleagues.
Education professionals on the Isle of Man are being forced to take industrial action as the Department for Education, Sport and Culture (DESC) has failed to resolve a long-standing dispute over pay.
The action follows an official ballot in which 96 per cent of NAHT and NAHT Edge members voted that they would be prepared to take industrial action short of strike, and 87 per cent said they were prepared to strike.
A letter to NAHT Edge members informing them of the action said: "You will not be alone in taking this action, you will be side by side with over 100 NAHT members in senior and middle leadership positions, along with our colleagues in ASCL and NASUWT."
