Work to repair collapsed foot way in Andreas

Highways workers will begin emergency repairs to a collapsed foot way today in Andreas Village.

Work will start after 9am on Bride Road, between Andreas School and Croft Park.

The works are directly adjacent to the zebra crossing outside the school and it will be necessary to close the crossing.

There will be temporary two way traffic lights in operation as one carriageway will also be closed.

It is expected the works may take up to two weeks to complete.
