DOI issue Glen Mooar Rd resurfacing update

The Department of Infrastructure has issued an update on the current resurfacing works on Glen Road, St Johns.

The body said that work is progressing well and they have decided to temporarily reopen the road at the end of the working day tomorrow and over the weekend.

It's anticipated that part of the road will be completely resurfaced by then, with the rest of the road having a temporary surface and will be subject to speed restriction.

The road will re-close at 9 am Monday 17th February.

The DOI said it's hoped that the work will be completed well within the published closure period, but this is very much dependent on the prevailing weather conditions
