Over 100 changes to the Eastern Area Plan have been accepted.
It follows the publication of the Inspector’s Report into the Draft Area Plan for the East.
The Cabinet Office has considered the recommendations made by the Inspector and proposes to adopt the plan with numerous modifications.
Out of a total of 111 recommendations, all have been accepted by the Cabinet Office apart from four.
One has been rejected and three have been amended.
These can be found in paper five of the published documents that are open for comments.
Representations and objections can be made as part of a consultation exercise which launched today and will close on 14th April.

The Cabinet Office said all views will be considered and representations can be made whether or not comments were made during the earlier part of the process.
The adopted Area Plan is expected to be considered by Tynwald later in the year.
