Rise in unemployment during January according to figures

Unemployment rose in January for the third month in a row, according to IOM Government figures.

 

In their findings, they revealed 404 people were out of work, which was an increase of 36 compared to December 2019.

 

The current unemployment rate stands at 0.9%.
