Maughold pancake race is set to be flipping good fun

Residents in Maughold will dig out their pans and running shoes tomorrow for the annual Pancake Day race.

Entrants are being urged to supply their own frying pans but will be given pancakes to race with.

Children of all ages including adults will tackle the course from the village green to the church hall.

The event, organised by Maughold Social Club, has been a key date in the community calendar for many years.
