Police are appealing for information after a group of youths deliberately caused a fire in Peel.
Firefighters were called to Albany Road last Wednesday evening.
Officers say the group entered the communal garden and removed books from the decommissioned blue phone box and set them on fire under and around a bench.
The youths ran off immediately after, having left through the car park in an unknown direction.
Those responsible have been described as between 2 and 5 people in their mid-teens, one wearing a red coat and white hat, and another in a grey coat with light fur around the hood.
Anyone with information is urged to contact Police Headquarters or call Crimestoppers.
