The Chief Minister says its still not obligatory by law to self-isolate on the Isle of Man unless you have arrived by sea or air from outside the Island.
Those who fail to follow the rules will suffer 'serious penalties'.
Howard Quayle stressed those in the high-risk category to self-isolate.
There are still 0 cases of COVID-19 on the Island but it was confirmed over 100 people are awaiting test results.
Mr Quayle also said in today's daily briefing that elective surgery at Noble's has been suspended while Ramsey Cottage Hospital will care for those with minor injuries.
Visiting to Noble's has been restricted with only immediate family allowed to visit under 'critical reasons'.
