Island fully closes border

The Isle of Man has officially closed its borders.
It follows the final arrival of passengers on the Beny-my-Chree this morning.
Chief Minister Howard Quayle has confirmed freight will continue to arrive through the ports.
A small number of people who are essential to infrastructure or for the preservation of human life will be allowed to arrive following rigorous checks.
The borders will stays closed for an initial 21 days and then be reviewed.
