A mental health charity is warning that the lockdown is storing up a hidden epidemic - with many people struggling on their own.
SANE is warning that the measures of isolation and social distancing, are causing a huge impact on people's wellbeing.
The charity has also seen a sharp increase in calls relating to domestic abuse. It also warns that people with serious concerns such as depression, self-harm and suicidal thoughts are not seeking help because they don't want to bother the stretched NHS.
Last week the Island's Chief Constable Gary Roberts, told Reporters that the Force had seen an increase in domestic abuse cases locally.
