Six people die in community from COVID-19

Six further people have died from coronavirus on the Isle of Man.

Health Minister David Ashford confirmed the deaths all relate to an outbreak of the virus at the Abbotswood Nursing Home in Ballasalla.

Mr Ashford also said there have been no new cases of COVID-19 in the last 24 hours.

The total number of cases remains at 307.

There have been 2,534 concluded tests, 120 people are awaiting results and 70 people are awaiting tests.

In total 212 individuals are presumed recovered.
