It's Tynwald Day.
Celebrations will look different this year because of the coronavirus pandemic.
There will be no fair, just a small ceremony and no military guard of honour.
Petitions for redress will not presented in person at today's ceremony.
The Lieutenant Governor will still lay a wreath at the War Memorial, and a minute's silence will be observed before the National Anthem starts proceedings on the hill.
There will still be a road closure in place later this morning. The main Peel road will be closed 10am – 12.30pm from Ballacraine to Station Road with the usual closure down towards Tynwald Mills.
