The Department of Infrastructure has announced Bienn Y Phott Road will closed from Monday.
The road will be closed on week days between 9am and 4pm until Friday 28th August. The road will close between the junction with the A18 Mountain Road & Barregarrow crossroads (on the A3 Castletown to Ramsey Road Rd).
Highways workers will reline the road and also undertake ditching and hedge cutting work.
In the event that the weather is unfit to undertake the work (e.g. too wet to line the roads) a decision will be taken not to close or reopen the road on that particular day. The status of the road will be made clear by signs at the ends of the road.
