A campaign group is demonstrating outside Douglas courthouse later this week to call for tougher sentences for those convicted of child sex offences.
The Protest Against Paedophilia and Sexual Assault group will gather on Deemster’s Walk at midday on Friday.
The group says it wants to see appropriate sentences for those found guilty of such crimes, following what is claims are a number of high-profile cases where insufficient punishment has been handed out.
