Douglas hotel on market for almost £2M

A Douglas hotel has gone on the market.

Trevelyan hotel on Palace Terrace is expected to sell for nearly £2M.

Estate agents say the current owners of the hotel are set to retire.

The business generates a turnover in the region of £250,000 per annum, with a gross profit of approximately 60%.
