Three men arrested for failing to self isolate

Three men have been arrested and charged with failing to self-isolate having arrived on island yesterday evening by ferry.

The three men, aged 61, 55 and 51 all from Swansea came to the island as a key workers with the restrictions to travel only to their accommodation and place of work.

However they did not immediately go to their place of accommodation, instead they attended a local store to purchase items.

Members of the public reported their irresponsible actions and police were quick to attend and deal with the matter.

All three men will appear via live link before the high bailiff this morning.
