Expressions of interest are being sought for organisations capable of developing emergency housing for those with no fixed abode in the Isle of Man.
The Manx Government wants commission around 30 spaces in the Eastern area of the Island for short term emergency housing.
This would include a daytime drop-in service providing shelter and food; and around 20 spaces across a range of suitable properties and locations for short to medium term emergency housing, to include a communal living space and/or kitchen area as part of a Manx Housing First Support Service.
Organisations wishing to express an interest in the Emergency Housing – Day Time Drop-in and Night Stop Facility or the Manx Housing First Support Service will need to register on the Isle of Man Government’s Procurement Portal.
Any questions or points of clarification relating to this Request for Information should be submitted, via the Portal, no later than noon 26 October 2020.
