Onchan candidates discuss by-election fairness

The integrity of the upcoming Onchan Commissioners by-election has been called into question by a candidate claiming unfair treatment.

David Quirk is calling for an independent investigation after saying he was given an outdated voters list for the 22 October poll.

The local authority has staunchly rejected the allegations and no official complaint has yet been submitted.
