Manx Labour’s success at local authority level is proof that people want change, according to a former party chairman.
Both its candidates were elected to represent Douglas Council at a by-election last Thursday.
David Cretney, who’s been associated with the party for more than three decades, says attentions now turn to next year’s House of Keys elections.
