Weather puts paid to Ben my Chree sailings

The Steam Packet has confirmed this evening's Ben my Chree sailing to Heysham has been cancelled.

She was due to depart Douglas at 8.30pm, however, due to adverse weather conditions the decision has been made not to go ahead with the journey.

Her overnight return, which was scheduled to leave at 2.45am, has also been cancelled, and all remianing sailings up until 2.15pm on Saturday afternoon are subject to possible disruption or cancellation.

Anyone affected is asked to contact the Steam Packet reervations team, with more information available on the company's website.
