Absentee voters left without say in commissioners by-election

Issues over absentee votes need to be rectified ahead of local authority general elections next year, according to David Quirk.

It’s after the former MHK won a place on Onchan District Commissioners last week, despite problems for those unable to attend the polling station in person.
