Island measures to remain unaffected by England lockdown

The Manx Government says there won't be any immediate changes to the Island's Covid-19 restrictions as another lockdown will begin in England this week.

British Prime Minister Boris Johnson confirmed a lockdown will be introduced in England from this Thursday until December 2nd.

Government officials on Island have confirmed they are 'monitoring virus levels in neighbouring jurisdictions'.

The Council of Minister are due to meet this week to discuss the increase in COVID-19 cases in the UK.
