The Health Minister has confirmed there is capacity on the Island to store a potential COVID-19 vaccine.
David Ashford says the Manx Government has been working with the NHS in the UK about a potential roll-out of a vaccine.
Mr Ashford said a hundred thousand doses will be made available to the Island if the vaccine passes medical testing.
The new potential vaccine for coronavirus has to be stored at -80 Degrees Celsius.
The vaccine has been developed by pharmaceutical companies Pfizer and BioNTech and is one of 11 vaccines that are currently in the final stages of testing.
