Government is offering teachers a £1.5m lump sum in a bid to end a long-running pay dispute.
It would see them receive up to £2,850, with the Department for Education, Sport and Culture also offering annual pay talks.
The National Association of Head Teachers has sent a summary of the proposals to its members.
Unions would also be included in discussions about the new Education Bill as part of the deal.
It's now up for the union's members to vote on whether or not to accept the terms.
