Two drivers given fixed penalty notices and points for speeding

Stick to the speed limit is the message from police in the south of the Island.

The Southern Neighbourhood Policing team carried out a speed check operation in Ballasalla.

Fifteen vehicles were stopped by officers and two drivers were each given a fixed penalty notice and points on their licences.

Officers say further patrols will be carried out.
