Pick up after your dogs says commissioners

Dog owners in Garff are being told to pick up after their pets.

It follows reports of an increase in dog fouling in the area.

Garff Commissioners says it has received complaints about a small number of dog owners who aren't clearing up mess on Laxey Promenade.
