The Manx Government will review the Island's border controls following a new recorded strain of the COVID-19 virus in the UK.
Chief Minister Howard Quayle has confirmed the Council of Ministers will meet this afternoon.
There are concerns over the new variant of coronavirus that's been discovered in south-east England which is much easier to pass on.
The new strain’s up to 70 percent more transmissible than the original.
Any changes or travel restrictions will announced later this week.
