No need for panic buying says Chief Minister

The Chief Minister says there’s no need for panic buying after fears over the arrival of freight from Europe.
The UK and France have now agreed to open borders between the two countries to hauliers and some passengers - if they test negative for COVID.
Work is now underway to clear a huge backlog of trucks.
Howard Quayle says our food supply chain is robust and there is no cause for concern.
