Man appears in court charged with murder and attempted murder

A man has appeared in court charged with murder and attempted murder.

James Price appeared via video link at Douglas Courthouse today.

He is a charged with the murder of his mother Jaqueline Price. Police officers discovered her body a property in Andreas on Sunday morning following a 999 call.

The 21-year-old is also charged with the attempted murder of his father David Price.

He was remanded in custody and will appear again next Tuesday.
