Eastern and Western Civic Amenity Sites re-open

Two recycling tips have re-opened on the Island.

The Eastern and Western Civic Amenity Site had been closed at the start of the lockdown but re-opened yesterday.

Staff at the sites are asking people to wear face coverings and to observe social distancing.

They say only person out of the vehicle will be allowed to unload items.

Any charged items such as televisions and fridges need to be paid online before arriving at the sites.
