Nursing home residents receive COVID-19 vaccine

The Coronavirus vaccination programme has now been rolled out to nursing homes across the Island.

Ian Watson at Brookfield Nursing Home in Ramsey was first to be given a vaccination today.

The community vaccination team is visiting nursing homes across the Island throughout this week - following the successful rollout to residential care homes last week. 

Government officials say 677 vaccinations were delivered today (Tuesday).
