BREAKING: Lockdown restrictions to be lifted on Monday

The Chief Minister has confirmed the lockdown will be lifted from Monday.

Howard Quayle announced all measures will be lifted from 00:01.

"As long as nothing happens between now and then to cause concern, the circuit break lockdown will be over. "
