Registration open for Race the Sun

Registration has opened for this year's Race the Sun event.

The popular local event organised by The Children’s Centre will take place on Saturday 22nd May.

Starting at sunrise teams of 10 must complete a lap of the demanding 100-mile ‘Raad ny Foillan’ coastal footpath before the sun sets. 

This year's event will see the race run in an anti-clockwise direction.

The event has always been a sell-out, and it is hoped this year will be bigger and better than ever, so teams are urged to register now via the charity website.
