Warning over vaccine scams

Residents are being warned about several COVID-19 vaccine scams which are circulating around the Island.

Police say several people have reported receiving an email, text, letter and phone call scams.

The messages ask the recipient to register or pay for a COVID-19 vaccination appointment.

Officers are reminding people they can call COVID 111 to check if the message is legitimate.
