The Isle of Man will enter a second circuit-break lockdown.
Chief Minister Howard Quayle confirmed will begin at 12:01am on Wednesday and initially last for 21 days.
The measures could be lifted earlier or extended.
People are being asked to stay at home and only go out for food shopping, attending GP appointments or to receive a COVID-19 vaccination or test.
Face coverings are recommended to be worn and will be compulsory on public transport.
Non-essential business including hairdressers must close.
